Clutch Canada Inc. is seeking a dependable Vehicle Inspector for the Evening Shift at our Mississauga reconditioning facility.

You will inspect incoming vehicles for damage and mechanical issues, ensuring they meet quality standards before they proceed in our process. This full-time role requires a G2 license, the ability to work 40 hours weekly (Mon-Thu, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM with a $1.50 shift premium), and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred.
• G2 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Ability to commute to Mississauga.

Responsabilités

• Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards.
• Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently.
• Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
• Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures.

About the Role

We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Post-secondary education preferred
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
• License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
• Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

It'd be Great if You Have:

• Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
