Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Vehicle Inspector for the Evening Shift in our Mississauga reconditioning facility. This role requires dependable, customer-focused individuals comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Evening hours are Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with a $1.50 per hour shift premium. You will inspect vehicles for damage, report issues, and collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize flow.

• Post-secondary education preferred.

• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.
• Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch's quality standards.
• Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently.
• Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools.
• Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
• Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures.

About The Role

As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Post-secondary education preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• License: Minimum G2 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga.
• Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

It’d Be Great If You Have

• Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
