Clutch Security in Mississauga is seeking a Vehicle Inspector for the Evening Shift to maintain our reconditioning facility standards. The role requires dependable, customer‑focused individuals who can work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Ability to commute to Mississauga.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.
• Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards.
• Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently.
• Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools.
• Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
• Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures.

About the Role

As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
