Job summary

Clutch is hiring a Vehicle Inspector in Toronto to inspect incoming vehicles, document conditions, and coordinate with teams to maintain smooth workflow. You will identify issues, track results, and help prioritize vehicle flow while supporting safety and quality standards.

The role requires reliability, basic automotive knowledge, and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime. Prior experience in automotive operations is a plus, and the job offers health and dental benefits.

• Basic knowledge of cars or willingness to learn.
• Valid G2 or higher driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Able to drive automatic vehicles; manual is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector to join our vehicle operations team. In this role, you will inspect and process incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s high standards before it enters reconditioning or sales. You will document vehicle condition, identify issues, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For

It'd be Great if You Have

• Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
