Job summary

Clutch Canada Inc. is hiring a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to be the frontline face of our online car-buying service. You will deliver vehicles across Southern Ontario, ensuring a smooth, safe handoff and exceptional customer experience.

As part of a fast-growing team, you will inspect vehicles, complete paperwork, and collaborate with teammates to meet high-quality standards. This permanent role offers benefits and steady hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience transporting vehicle.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• G license (Ontario) required; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles safely to customers across Southern Ontario.
• Be the face of Clutch with strong customer service and issue resolution.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and update tracking system.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues; report any concerns.
• Wear CSA-approved safety footwear and PPE as required; PPE provided by Clutch.

About the role:

We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Delivery Specialistto be the face of our company! Since our entire car-buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience in this dynamic customer and transportation role.

What you’ll do:

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
• Responsible for safely operating a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles and deliver them directly to their front door across Southern Ontario.
• A major part of this job is having exceptional customer service skills, where you’ll be the face of the company in addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Need a sharp eye for detail as you inspect vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.
• You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• You’ll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
• You will be required to wear CSA-approved safety footwear (green triangle, Grade 1) and other required PPE when on the job, and in other designated areas. Clutch will supply PPE and partial reimbursement toward the purchase of approved footwear.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • 1+ years experience transporting vehicle
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable driving longer distances.
  • Have automotive experience and a passion for cars & comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• License: A G Drivers License (valid in Ontario)
• Driving Record: 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. There is a 4 weekday plus 1 weekend date working schedule

It’d be great if you have:

• Valid OMVIC License: Don’t have one yet? No problem! We’ll help you obtain your OMVIC license as one of the perks of working with us.
• A passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Experience with warranty products so that you can answer any question that arise during the process

Employment Type:

• Existing, Permanent Full-Time
• Wage: $24 per hour
