About the opportunity…

This position is responsible for appraising service customer pre-owned vehicles to meet inventory demands, including:

• Locating, evaluating, and purchasing pre-owned vehicles from auto auctions, customers, and other dealers
• Collaborating with the Service department to determine vehicles scheduled for maintenance
• Appraising vehicles coming in for service and providing customers with trade-in values
• Logging and recording appraisal data, customer responses, and analytics in dealership management systems
• Monitoring market conditions to identify vehicle acquisition opportunities
• Coordinating vehicle shipments to the dealership

About you…

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales and customer service, including:

• 1 to 3 years proven experience in customer service
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds)
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
• Adaptability to changing environments and deadlines
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail, organization, and strategic thinking
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated with a passion for excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
