About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused vCIO to join our growing MSP team. As a vCIO, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them align their IT strategy with business goals, manage risk, and plan for future growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for business consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic IT advisor for a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews and develop IT roadmaps tailored to client goals.
• Identify technology gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to guide client innovation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management for client IT environments.
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into managed services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, consulting, or account management roles.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and compliance.

• Experience working in or with MSPs is highly preferred.
