VC Stack in Toronto is seeking an Associate to support Growth Equity investors in value creation initiatives. Exciting opportunity to support a team of Growth Equity investors (Teachers’ Venture Growth) as an Associate focused on Value Creation initiatives within the Portfolio Solutions (PS) team. This team is responsible for creating significant value across the global portfolio, promoting global connectivity, strategic capability and a relationship-centric approach that considers long‑term impacts beyond the “deal” timeframe.
The Associate will work closely with senior members of the TVG teams to deliver impactful strategic projects and value creation initiatives for portfolio companies. In addition, the Associate will help to develop key value creation tools that can be deployed across the TVG portfolio to support portfolio companies’ growth. This role will also support TVG senior leaders with internal strategic initiatives and portfolio strategy.
This position will report directly to the Principal – TVG Value Creation. As an Associate, the role will work in a dynamic and inclusive team‑based environment, providing support to TVG team members and senior leaders within TVG. You will engage directly with the TVG Value Creation Team, TVG investors, and PS team and have the opportunity to develop relationships with portfolio companies, corporate leaders, and peers in venture capital and growth equity.
