Job summary

Health Match BC is partnering with Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops to recruit a vascular surgeon for a busy three-surgeon regional service serving ~500,000 people in BC’s Interior. The role offers a mix of complex open and endovascular aortic surgery, EVAR/TEVAR, and a dedicated vascular ultrasound lab.

You will join two current vascular surgeons, participate in on-call coverage through the provincial MOCAP program, and have teaching and leadership opportunities in a modern, renovated OR

Qualifications

• Experience with vascular ultrasound interpretation is essential.
• RPVI designation is highly recommended.
• Open and endovascular surgery experience is required to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex open and endovascular vascular procedures including EVAR/TEVAR.
• Collaborate with two other vascular surgeons in a three-surgeon regional service.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide inpatient and outpatient vascular care.
