EDUCATION :
Successful completion of a post-secondary education program from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in relevant
An acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.
EXPERIENCE :

AOC3 – Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.)
AOC4 – Building Operator Certification (BOC)
AOC5 – Facility Management Professional (FMP)
AOC6 – Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng)
AOC7 – Project Management Professional (PMP)
AEX1 – Experience working in the Federal Public Service or in Defence Construction Canada.
AEX2 – Experience using AutoCAD.
AEX3 – Experience using National Master Specifications (NMS) to tender infrastructure maintenance / construction projects.
AEX4 – Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
AEX5 – Experience using cost estimate software such as RS Means Online or Manual.
AEX6 – Experience in providing complete project management from initiation to closure for infrastructure and environmental projects, including new construction, recapitalization and environmental assessment and remediation.
AEX7 – Experience in contract administration.
AEX8 – Experience in coordinating consultant activities from project initiation, options analysis, design development and construction administration phases.
AEX9 – Experience as an Architectural Technologist / Technician / Trades person contributing to projects supporting building architectural systems (interior renovations and new construction).
AEX10 – Experience as an Electrical Technologist / Technician / Trades person contributing to projects supporting site and / or building electrical systems.
AEX11 – Experience as a Civil Technologist / Technician / Trades person contributing to projects supporting site and / or building municipal systems (interior renovations, site development / recapitalization and new construction).
AEX12 – Experience as a Mechanical Technologist / Technician / Trades person contributing to projects supporting building mechanical systems (interior renovations and new construction).
AEX13 – Experience as a Structural Technologist / Technician / Trades person contributing to projects supporting building structural systems (interior renovations and new construction).
AEX14 – Experience as a Building Automation Technologist / Technician / Trades person contributing to projects supporting building automation and instrumentation systems (interior renovations and new construction).
