Salary: $57,217 to $69,106

Casual appointments are excluded from the provisions of the Public Service Employment Act (PSEA). This means casual appointments will not be eligible to apply to internal appointment processes.   • AS: A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience and skills
  • EX1 : Experience in providing administrative support services.
  • EX2 : Experience in providing service to clients.
  • EX3 : Experience in using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.

  • AEX1 : Experience in taking minutes at meetings.
  • AEX2 : Experience in records management.
  • AEX3 : Experience in providing administrative support services to senior management.
  • AEX4 : Experience using a human resource management software.
  • AEX5 : Experience in the procurement of goods and/or services.
  • AEX6 : Experience in providing human resources support services.
  • AXE7 : Experience in providing administrative support services in Finance or Accounting.
  • AEX8 : Experience in developing business processes, procedures or training material.
  • AEX9 : Experience in business travel support services (arrangements, itineraries, travel claims).
  • AEX10 : Experience in coordinating the preparation of briefing material and executive correspondence.
