Seasonal Sales Associate

• This position will support the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Serve as a resource for customers, sharing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable customer experience.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources.
• Assist in visual merchandising, housekeeping, product replenishment, and maintaining visual standards.
• Assume cashier duties as needed.
• Support all Loss Prevention initiatives.
• Maintain overall visual and operational standards of the store.

Requirements:

• Ability to foster a customer-centric and inclusive store environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Additional Information:

Hiring Range: 12.80 CAD - 19.20 CAD per hour

This is a part-time or limited-term position and is not eligible for all benefits. Some benefits are available, and detailed information will be provided upon hire. Our pay ranges are based on market data and comply with all applicable laws.
