Senior Project Manager – Concrete High-Rise Residential (Vancouver Relocation)

• Location: Vancouver, BC (Relocation from Toronto)

• Salary: $150,000–$180,000 + Generous Bonus + RRSP Matching + Full Benefits

About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Senior Project Manager will oversee high-profile concrete high-rise residential projects in Vancouver. You’ll play a key role in driving the success of multi-tower developments, working with top developers, architects, and consultants to deliver iconic projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead multi-tower, high-rise residential projects from start to finish. Ensure effective project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

• Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and mentor a diverse team, including engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.

• Financial Oversight: Maintain control over project finances, manage cost reports, change orders, and ensure timely billing and payments.

• Quality & Risk Management: Implement robust risk mitigation strategies and ensure projects meet all safety and quality standards.

• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the main point of contact between developers, consultants, and financial partners. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5-8 years of experience in concrete high-rise residential project management.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects from pre-construction through to occupancy.

• Expertise in using construction management software like Procore, BIM, and Primavera/MS Project.

• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and construction methodologies in Vancouver and BC.

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Certifications like PMP, LEED, Gold Seal, or Passive House are a plus.
