Swimco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help us maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service through a highly trained team. Key Responsibilities :
  1. Model exceptional customer service, professionalism, a strong work ethic, integrity, and respect for others.
  2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop action plans for the store, aiming to achieve objectives and deliverables in a fast-paced selling environment.
  3. Create and foster relationship-building behaviors with customers to enhance loyalty and motivate Swimco employees to maintain high morale.
  4. Passionate about selling and motivated by a compensation system that rewards success within a team environment.
  5. Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to make independent decisions and multitask in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Experience :
  1. At least three years of experience in specialty retailing, with an emphasis on selling; two years of leadership experience preferred.
  2. Proven sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  3. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Adaptability to the changing retail and fashion environment, handling various situations, challenges, and schedules effectively.
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
  1. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  2. Ability to train and motivate team members.
  3. Superior time management and organizational skills.
