Our Vancouver office is seeking a business diploma graduate to join the team full time starting Fall 2025.


What you will do

You’ll work on client engagements and have access to training, professional development, and innovative learning experiences. From reviewing business processes to analyzing trade data, you’ll be building strong relationships with our people and developing professional skills that will help set you up for success.

Working with the Trade & Customs team requires candidates to be interested in developing experience in various industry sectors, data analytics, customs policy, or global supply chain. As a member of our Trade & Customs Practice, you will have exposure to complex customs compliance issues, Canadian trade initiatives, such as Free Trade Agreements, and provide support to other tax professionals.

You will:

  • Liaising with team members and clients to set-up and coordinate meetings (including the circulation of agendas and action items of prior meetings), documenting action items, distributing materials, and providing administrative support
  • Support team members who assist clients with various customs matters
  • Perform technical research
  • Perform customs duties analysis
  • Assist with creating client presentations, reports, and summaries of findings.
  • Assist with project management tasks
  • Review import data and customs documentation for accuracy
  • Assisting with the preparation of invoices and analysis of work in progress reports

NOTE: Please note that this position does NOT support the CPA designation.

  • Graduated from a business diploma, specialization in international business management, international trade or trade & customs would be considered an asset
  • Must have taken courses in accounting

  • Proficiency in English at at business level is required

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $43,000 - $57,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
