Your Role:

We are a team of experienced, smart, well-rounded Mortgage Brokers looking for new talent to join us. If you have experience in the mortgage industry, a great personality, and tons of ambition, we want your help to elevate our company.

Must Haves:

• Track record of sales as a Banker, Broker, or Mobile Mortgage Specialist; Mortgage Underwriters can also succeed in this role.
• Ability to establish and foster relationships with clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying current with lender and real estate market changes.
• History of delivering exceptional client experiences focused on results.
• Ability to anticipate underwriters’ requirements for conditions.
• Manage multiple client files, ensuring timely closings.
• Understanding of risk levels associated with mortgage loans.

• Knowledge of mortgage lending and financial products.

• Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Slack.
