A leading international financial services provider seeks a Value Stream Delivery Owner to enhance customer delivery systems in a hybrid role based in Ontario. This position requires supporting agile practices and driving continuous improvements while collaborating with Business Operations and IT leadership.
Value Stream Delivery Owner are accountable for continuous improvements to ensure highly functional and productive customer delivery systems. They support Value Stream ownership in setting and leading delivery expectations with team members and enable and partner with Business Operations, Functional Support, and IT leadership, as needed, to deliver in accordance with audit and compliance standards, as well as human-centered design, architecture, and technology solution development.
This is a Hybrid opportunity in our Waterloo, Toronto, and Halifax offices, where you will come into the office on Tues, Wed, Thurs, and can work from home on Mon and Fri.

Salary Range: CAD 68,775 - CAD 114,625
