Job summary

IFG - International Financial Group in Vaughan is seeking a Manager, Valuations to lead the valuation function within the Reporting team. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days in office.

You will own PPA processes, lead intangible asset valuations, maintain SOX controls, and serve as the main liaison with external auditors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in valuations, SOX know-how, and CBV certification; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years valuation experience.
• SOX environment experience.
• CBV is required (CPA nice to have).
• Experience in public accounting or industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPA (Purchase Price Allocations) processes.
• Lead valuation of intangible assets.
• Maintain SOX internal controls.
• Be primary contact for external auditors.
• Support the Reporting team during busy periods.
