About Kalex Partners :

With nearly 30 years in business, Kalex Partners Inc. is a leading boutique firm in Toronto specializing in business valuations, dispute resolutions, damages quantifications, forensic accounting, investigative accounting, and transaction advisory services .

We are looking to hire one or more highly skilled professionals to join our team at the Associate Director or Director level . This is an in-person role in our Toronto office, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and take on a high level of responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For :

Technical Qualifications :

• CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) or CFA designation is an asset
• CBV designation (for Director), substantial completion of CBV program (for Associate Director)
• Experience in business valuations, dispute resolution, forensic accounting, and investigative assignments
• Strong research skills and financial analysis capabilities
• Advanced Excel and Word proficiency

• Strong professional judgment , analytical mindset, and ability to see the “big picture” while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor others
