Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests arriving at the Service Drive-Thru in a friendly and professional manner, delivering excellent customer service.
• Assess guest needs and direct them accordingly.
• Check guest vehicles in, following guidelines and protocols, and relocate vehicles if necessary.
• Pick up or deliver cars and guests as required.
• Drive safely, respecting traffic and road conditions.
• Assist guests upon return, directing them to check out and locating vehicles as needed.
• Assist with general duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond.
• A valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Attention to detail.

Pay rate: $18.60/hour.
