Weins Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Valet Person for Parkway Honda to greet guests, assess needs, and guide them through the service drive-thru with professional, courteous service.

Responsibilities include vehicle check-in, delivery, safe driving, and assisting guests at checkout. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach and teamwork within our service department.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
• A valid Ontario Class “G” driver's license and a clean driver’s abstract.

• Greet all guests arriving at the Service Drive-Thru in a friendly and professional manner, delivering consistent and professional customer service.
• Assessing guest needs and direct them to the appropriate individual
• Check guest vehicle in, as per guidelines and protocols and relocate vehicle if required.
• Pick-up or deliver cars and or guests as required and requested
• Drive in a safe manner with due regard for vehicle, traffic and road conditions.
• Provide assistance to guests upon return, directing them to the appropriate party for check out and, as required, locating vehicle and bringing it to the Service Drive-Thru
• Assist with general duties requested by management
