Weins Auto Group is seeking a Valet Person at Don Valley North Lexus to deliver friendly, professional service on the Service Drive-Thru. You will greet guests, assess needs and coordinate with the service team during our busiest season.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, a valid Ontario Class G license, and a willingness to go above and beyond. We offer competitive pay, benefits, RRSP matching, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
• A valid Ontario Class “G” driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving at the Service Drive-Thru in a friendly and professional manner, delivering consistent and professional customer service.
• Assessing guest needs and direct them to the appropriate individual
• Check guest vehicle in, as per guidelines and protocols and relocate vehicle if required.
• Pick-up or deliver cars and or guests as required and requested
• Drive in a safe manner with due regard for vehicle, traffic and road conditions.
• Provide assistance to guests upon return, directing them to the appropriate party for check out and, as required, locating vehicle and bringing it to the Service Drive-Thru
• Assist with general duties requested by management

Pay Rate: $19.30 - $20.00 per hour
