Weins Auto Group is seeking a Service Receptionist for Don Valley North Toyota’s Service Department. You will warmly welcome guests, assess their needs, and direct them to the right staff in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

Key duties include maintaining a clean reception area, handling administrative tasks, and supporting management with reports. Prior reception or customer service experience is an asset, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area.
• Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages
• Completing reports etc. as requested by management.
• Perform other duties as required/requested by management.

Qualifications

• Our receptionist is the face of our dealership to our guests and must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the company
• Strong communication skills and some data entry skills are required
• Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
• Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task will ensure you succeed in this role
• Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience an asset
