A leading hotel in Ottawa is seeking a Valet/Bell to provide exceptional guest service upon arrival. This role involves managing parking, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a clean and safe hotel entrance. Reporting to the Guest service Manager, the Valet/Bell greets guests on arrival, assists with luggage, and manages parking procedures. Key duties include controlling hotel traffic, ensuring a clean and safe entrance, and parking, retrieving guest vehicles while recording license plates and matching names. You’ll handle stored bags, manage valet keys, deliver luggage, and provide room feature overviews. Responsibilities also include delivering mail and packages, and performing any other tasks as assigned. Ability to lift 30-50 pounds is required.
