In this high-profile leadership role, you will drive the brand strategy and execution for vaccines in Canada, leading a talented marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize business growth and public health impact. Reporting directly to the VP, Business Unit Head, Canada, you will play a critical role in increasing shingles immunization rates and contributing significantly to GSK Canada’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement country brand strategies and tactics, including brand and operational plans, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
2. Develop and implement Brand Life Cycle Management, including strategic planning and forecasts.
3. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including Regulatory, Pharmacies, Medical, Government Affairs, Market Access, regional, and Global teams to drive understanding and execution of plans.
4. Identify innovative brand opportunities that align with customer journeys.

#Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or MBA with 8+ years of marketing or other relevant commercial experience.
2. Strong brand management experience, demonstrating scientific, marketing, and competitive knowledge across various therapeutic areas, including vaccines (vaccines experience strongly preferred).
3. Strong Public Market experience & Sales Acumen
4. Strategy development expertise, particularly in complex and novel environments.
5. Ability to financially track tactical performance and make data-driven decisions.
6. Demonstrated people leadership experience.
7. Experience in effectively collaborating and influencing colleagues within a global commercial organization.
8. Generates multiple innovative ideas, solutions, and strategic options to deliver long-term benefits to customers and GSK.
9. Strong understanding of channels, pricing, and market access strategies.
10. Conducts market and brand opportunity analysis to develop actionable brand insights.
