Job Type : Full-Time, 40 Hours a Week

Location : Hybrid (Work from home with travel to the London office every 2-3 months for 6 weeks)

Compensation : $23 per hour (Annual wage increase)

Position Summary :

As a Vacation Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact, guiding clients through the process of planning and booking their dream Disney vacations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing exceptional customer service and has a passion for travel. Imagine advancing to roles like Senior Vacation Coordinator, Lead Vacation Coordinator, Social Media Specialist, Cruise Specialist, Team Leader, Recruitment Facilitator, and more. The sky's the limit!

The work setup is hybrid, offering the flexibility of working from home with occasional in-office collaboration in London, ON (approximately every 2-3 months for six weeks at a time). David's also invests in your professional development by covering the cost of your TICO designation, a valuable credential for working in Ontario's tourism industry.

David’s Vacation Club Rentals is a family-owned, premier travel service provider, specializing in helping families book unforgettable Disney vacations. Founded 19 years ago, in London, Ontario, they've grown from a one-person operation to a team of around 60 employees.

They connect Disney timeshare owners who aren’t using their Vacation points with guests seeking affordable stays at Disney Deluxe Resorts. This helps owners recoup costs on unused points while allowing guests to save on their accommodations. David’s Vacation Club Rentals is committed to fostering internal growth – everyone has the opportunity to advance! The work environment is collaborative, supportive, and truly rewarding.

Responsibilities :

  • Guide customers through the process of booking Disney vacations, ensuring a seamless and magical planning experience.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, explaining processes and policies clearly and cheerfully.
  • Perform data entry and maintain detailed notes using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate customer interactions, whether renting points or booking accommodations.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to vacation bookings.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to enhancing service offerings and improving client experiences.

Work Schedule :

  • Rotating shifts;
  • Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm (day shift)
  • Monday to Friday : 11 : 30 am - 8 : 00 pm (afternoon shift)
  • Saturday to Sunday : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm (weekends)
  • Typically staff will work an average of 1 afternoon shift per month, and 2 weekends per month.
  • Training : In office, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm, for first 5 weeks.
