Infinity Experiences is seeking a Director of Operations and Touring.

Company Overview: Born from the collaboration between PHI Studio and Felix & Paul Studios, Infinity Experiences produces and distributes large-scale collective and immersive installations.

Position Details: This full-time, permanent role involves managing all operations related to Infinity Experiences’ travelling exhibitions and installations in Quebec and the United States. The director will also support foreign partners operating exhibitions and installations in partnership with the company in Canadian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement an operational management structure to support company growth.
2. Establish and monitor operating budgets, ensuring compliance.
3. Maintain overall quality of operations and ensure customer and partner satisfaction.
4. Manage permanent and temporary operation and production staff, as well as relations with service providers.
5. Support business development by validating potential venues and partners, ensuring all conditions for successful exhibitions and partnerships are met.
6. Negotiate and oversee contractual agreements with exhibition venues.
7. Supervise logistics of installation, dismantling, and transportation.
8. Select and coordinate with global and local suppliers.
9. Oversee venue operations, personnel management, training, and security.
10. Collaborate with creative, production, and tech partners to ensure smooth operations.
11. Oversee ticketing and merchandising activities.
12. Coordinate with marketing to align operational activities with campaigns.
13. Participate in the development of co-promotion and licensing products and agreements.
14. Support partners operating exhibitions in other provinces and foreign territories.
