Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to transform complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences for property managers, guest communications and finance within a unified platform. Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or complex workflows.
• Solid typography, spacing, hierarchy, color and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through to prototypes and final interfaces.
• Collaborate with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Partner with engineers to ensure designs account for data, edge cases and constraints.
• Test ideas early, gather feedback and iterate post-launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design quality.
• Proactively identify problems and drive them to completion.
