Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and analyze customer behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile platforms.
• Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that align with our brand and enhance user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Optimize existing UI / UX for better performance, accessibility, and conversion rates.
• Test and iterate on designs based on A / B testing, analytics, and user feedback.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in an eCommerce or DTC environment.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (coding not required but a plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to present ideas and feedback clearly.
• Experience with user testing, A / B testing, and data-driven design is an asset.
