Join a customer-driven and product-minded team responsible for driving digital evolution and delivering seamless, data-informed experiences across web and app platforms.

As a UX Researcher within the Digital Product Strategy & Transformation team, you’ll play a key role in understanding user behaviors, motivations, and pain points across digital touchpoints. Your research will inform strategic decisions and drive the creation of intuitive, delightful digital experiences for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Research Execution: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across product lifecycles, including foundational and evaluative studies.

  • Insight Delivery: Produce compelling deliverables (e.g., reports, presentations, videos) that convey actionable insights.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand stakeholder objectives and collaborate closely to align research with business goals.

  • Research Prioritization: Strategically prioritize research initiatives based on business impact and team alignment.

  • Team Contribution: Participate in improving internal UX research processes and contribute to peer reviews.

  • Enablement: Mentor team members in research best practices and processes to build research capacity.

  • Advocacy: Clearly communicate and socialize research findings to influence product strategy and design decisions.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on UX research experience, integrating insights into digital product development.

  • Methodological Expertise: Skilled in selecting and applying various research methods—e.g., surveys, usability testing, focus groups, guerrilla tactics—based on project needs and product phase.

  • Analytical Storytelling: Able to translate data into meaningful narratives that support product and design recommendations.

  • Problem Solving: Curious and insightful, with strong questioning and analytical skills.

  • Agility & Autonomy: Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments and managing multiple concurrent priorities.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
