QUALITY

We are seeking an experienced UX & Service Design Specialist to lead end-to-end design projects, including user research, UX design, and service design. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve design processes to meet both user and business needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and review design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality services and products.
  2. Conduct primary and secondary user research, developing insights into customer journeys, personas, and user needs.
  3. Create prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and service blueprints while adhering to digital service standards.
  4. Collaborate with business and tech teams to align user and business goals, providing expert design guidance.
  5. Implement performance metrics and gather feedback to drive design iteration and improvements.
  6. Promote and apply design best practices, standards, and methodologies within the team.
Must Haves:
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX design, including interaction, UI, and graphic design.
  • 3-5 years of experience in service design, including research, workshops, and insights analysis.
  • Public Sector Experience is required.
