Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a senior Product Designer to join the Design organization in a hybrid setup in Canada, Quebec. You will partner with product managers and engineers to shape intuitive experiences across Bentley and third-party applications.

Bring a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving for enterprise software, advanced Figma abilities, and a proven track record in Agile teams. You will translate research into actionable design, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) software.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, and design systems.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Proficiency in prototyping and concept validation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
