Job description

The UX Designer will collaborate with the Dev Squad and other relevant project stakeholders to define, design, test, and optimize the user interfaces and overall user experience for the Dynamic Streaming workflows within the E250 Project.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. UX Designer : - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and gather user requirements. - Conduct usability assessments and gather feedback. - Collaborate with the Dev Squad and e250 stakeholders to align design goals.

2. UX Designer as a member of the Dev Squad : - Provide technical insights and integrate approved UI / UX designs into the application. - Collaborate with the UI Designer to resolve development constraints and challenges. - Adhere to Agile framework and participate in routine meetings

3. UX Designer as e250 Project Stakeholder : - Offer business and user insight to support the UI / UX work. - Seek approval for key design decisions and validate alignment with project goals. Requis obligatoire

Service Requirements – Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with the following :

• Applied digital product design experience and a portfolio of work.
• Degree in a digital product design-related field and equivalent work experience.

We prefer professionals who have :

• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and mockups for applications across physical devices, touchscreens, and desktop systems.
• Experience adapting designs for different user roles (e.g., operators, simple users) and skill levels
• Experience working with third-party services
• Created complex design systems
• An ability to communicate clearly in English.

Training and experience required

Should have :

Bachelor's degree (BAC) in interface design, graphic design, graphic communication, multimedia design,or equivalent.

Others :

• Excellent knowledge of user experience (UX);
• Excellent knowledge of interface design (UI);
• Knowledge of Figma, Sketch and the Adobe suite;
• Knowledge of HTML and / or native app technical specifications;
• Knowledge of CSS and Tailwind CSS;
• Knowledge of digital accessibility best practices an asset;

Working experience with Agile framework in Jira is an asset.

The presentation of a digital portfolio is mandatory. Applicants might be subject to skills tests.
