A dynamic B2B agency is seeking a talented UX Designer to join their Toronto team. In this role, you will lead the design process from research to delivery, creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences using Figma. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, and a solid grasp of usability and accessibility principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. Enjoy a flexible remote setup and be part of a close-knit team that values creativity and collaboration.
Are you someone who obsesses over clean flows, intuitive interfaces, and user journeys that just make sense? We’re on the hunt for a UX Designer who’s comfortable owning the end-to-end design process — from messy whiteboard sketches to polished, dev-ready Figma files.
We work with growing B2B brands across the globe — and we’re looking for someone who can translate business goals and user insights into smart, thoughtful experiences.
You’ll be working on websites, landing pages, and digital platforms — crafting clear wireframes, clean user flows, and final UI that balances form and function. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, marketers, and developers to make sure what we design is not just beautiful, but actually works.

Salary in CAD, based on experience
