What You'll Do:

• Assist crew in construction activities.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies daily.
• Set up safe work zones: traffic flagging, opening manholes, gas detection.
• Work outdoors year-round in rural areas.
• Maintain, clean, and inspect vehicles and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions from supervisors.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, sometimes in confined spaces.
• Assist with landscaping on job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class 5 Non-GDL License.
• Willingness to travel within Calgary, Edmonton, and rural areas.
• Experience in utility work, construction, or telecommunications is an asset.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Desire to learn and grow in the utility construction industry.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and in confined spaces.
• Safety certifications (First Aid, Confined Space Entry) are assets.
