As an Organizational Change Management Consultant within the Infrastructure Advisory team in Canada, you will play a key role in advising and implementing business process and technology solutions for electric and gas utility operations.
You will be part of the team that is responsible for leading and supporting the people-side of projects ensuring that changes within our clients’ organization – such as new technologies, processes, roles and responsibilities or culture shifts – are effectively planned, implemented, adopted and sustained. Our goal is to minimize resistance, improve stakeholder engagement and ensure that the change delivers the client’s desired outcomes.
This role will work with external clients in various change management and organizational transformation projects that significantly impact our clients and organization.
