Job summary

ADM in Montreal, Quebec is seeking a Production Laborer to join our operations team. This full-time, hourly role focuses on cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, lubrication, and handling containers up to 25 kg, with a path to become a Process Operator within 90 days on rotating shifts.

Applicants must pass pre-employment medical and reference checks, commit to safety, and be able to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (DES) is required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience is preferred.
  • Must maintain safety standards and follow procedures.
  • Must be able to perform duties in a timely manner.
  • Proactive and participate in food safety programs and company policies.
