Are you looking to start or grow your career in a dynamic, hands-on production environment? Join our team in Vanscoy, SK, as a Plant Utility Worker—a key entry-level role within our lentil/pea processing operations.

You’ll gain valuable experience across all plant functions with opportunities to grow into an Operator role over time.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and perform a variety of plant operations—training provided
• Be cross-trained in multiple roles to support operational needs
• Troubleshoot equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Carry out general sanitation duties following food safety protocols (GMP, HACCP)
• Handle materials and conduct light maintenance work
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including EHS requirements

• Basic computer literacy, good numeracy, and attention to detail
