A global food manufacturing company in Toronto is seeking a Facility Supervisor. This role involves supervising operations and maintenance, ensuring a safe working environment, and leading safety initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Refrigeration A license and a degree in a related field, with over 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production. Key responsibilities include managing facility upgrades and collaborating on strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
This position is based at our mayonnaise production facility, where every shift contributes to crafting products that bring flavour and convenience to millions of households.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for supervising operations and maintenance of building, facility, plant, amenities, utilities (HVAC, Compressed Air, Ammonia, Boiler systems) to provide a safe and reliable operation that meets internal & regulatory requirements.
