Job summary

Telesat is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the User Terminal team to lead type-approval programs for the Telesat Lightspeed terminals and collaborate with cross-functional groups to define and deliver product requirements.

You will manage vendor inquiries, specify test procedures, and help bring antennas and modems to market while ensuring high quality and alignment with market needs; remote/hybrid options are available for this role.

The successful candidate will lead and manage development of user terminal type approval and certification process, third-party vendor management, and definition of test procedures for the Telesat Lightspeed LEO constellation.

In addition, they will provide technical expertise in the development, integration, and productization of antennas and user terminal technology as it pertains to the needs and uses cases of satellite terminals.This position is also responsible for the creation and support of user terminal sales tools.

Resource is required to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week
