Wayfair is seeking a User Research Lead for the Global Supplier Technology team in Ontario. The role involves planning and executing research projects that drive product insights and enhancements. We value diverse perspectives and experience in mixed methods research, collaboration, and design thinking to optimize the supplier experience through innovative solutions.
Candidates for this position may be based in Boston or Toronto, and will be expected to comply with their team's hybrid work schedule requirements.
Who We Are
We’re the Global Supplier Technology (GST) Experience Design team at Wayfair, and we’re tackling exciting problems that are reshaping how suppliers manage their business with us. We’re a diverse, multidisciplinary team of world-class designers who are hard at work transforming the supplier experience of managing their products, orders, inventory, finances, and other aspects of their business with Wayfair. Our design practice is collaborative, data-driven, and fast-paced.
What You’ll Do
As a User Research Lead on the Global Supplier Technology team, you will be empowered to plan and run research projects end-to-end, including defining clear problem statements, framing project goals and ingoing research assumptions and questions, scoping and selecting the appropriate methods and tools, supporting in recruitment, running/facilitating research activities, analyzing and synthesizing data, sharing and socializing findings, etc. Ultimately, you will influence and persuade cross-functional leaders and more senior partners to act on your findings.
