Stingray in Montreal seeks a User Interface Specialist (UX/UI) to enhance experiences across music, karaoke, concert and ambient-music apps as well as web, mobile and connected-TV platforms.

You will lead UX/UI activities from discovery through validation and collaborate with Product and Development teams to bring solutions from concept to production.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience designing UX/UI for digital products.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to create prototypes and speed up validation.
• Experience designing for web, mobile or connected TV environments.
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design across platforms.

• Analyze user journeys to identify friction points across apps and platforms.
• Organize and analyze user testing and gather feedback.
• Recommend UX/UI improvements and best practices.

• Help create user experience guidelines and standards for all Apps teams.

We're looking for a User Interface Specialist (UX/UI) to join the Apps team and help continuously improve the experience across our music, karaoke, concert and ambient-music apps, as well as our web, mobile and connected-TV platforms. These products are used by thousands of people every day. You'll play a key role in turning user needs and business objectives into simple, consistent and engaging digital experiences. You'll lead UX/UI design activities from discovery through validation and collaborate with product and development teams to bring solutions from concept to production.

Your day-to-day

• Use AI tools every day to design and develop interactive prototypes and apps in close collaboration with Product Managers
• Analyze user journeys across our apps and platforms to identify friction points
• Help organize and analyze user testing, and gather feedback
• Recommend UX/UI improvements and best practices
• Collaborate with developers and Product Managers to implement proposed improvements
• Help create user experience guidelines and standards for all Apps teams

Your Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience designing UX/UI for digital products, with the ability to take a project from understanding user needs through solution validation
• Hands-on experience using AI tools daily in the UX/UI design process, particularly to explore ideas, develop interactive prototypes and speed up validation; ability to critically assess generated results
• Experience designing for different digital environments; experience with web, mobile or connected TV is particularly relevant
• Understanding of accessibility, responsive design and consistency across platforms
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma, and the ability to adapt your methods to the tools and needs of each project
• Understanding of front-end development principles and the ability to work closely with Product Managers and developers
• A portfolio that demonstrates the quality of your work, your design process and your ability to explain your decisions
