QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Information Technology
• At least 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with significant experience managing and developing Design Systems
• Ability to maintain a clear vision and manage a roadmap
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple projects
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a team
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset
• Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English
• Effective communication with external partners and English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec is required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain a cohesive and innovative vision for the user interface of our products
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with user needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with product, UX, and development teams to integrate designs smoothly and efficiently

Design System Management

• Create, develop, and maintain the company’s Design System, including UI components, styles, guidelines, and standards
• Ensure consistency of design elements across all products and platforms
• Prioritize and coordinate the development of new components or updates with front-end developers
• Document the Design System accessibly for both design and development teams
• Communicate Design System updates clearly to internal teams

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with current UI/UX design trends and tools to suggest improvements
• Conduct regular audits of the Design System for optimization opportunities
• Mentor UI designers and team members on UI best practices and effective use of the Design System
• Organize training sessions to promote adoption and understanding of the Design System
