Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a User Experience (UX) front end developer to join our client’s team. We are seeking a UX front end developer to lead the design and enhancement of digital platforms that support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, particularly within healthcare or social services, and a passion for creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process for digital platforms, including web portals and client-facing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate high-fidelity UX/UI designs (e.g., from Figma, Adobe XD) into responsive and accessible web interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX designers to refine user flows, micro-interactions, and transitions.
• Build and maintain reusable front-end components and contribute to design systems.
• Optimize pages for speed, performance, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
• Participate in design reviews, user testing feedback sessions, and product planning meetings.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• 3+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong UX/UI focus
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), Front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience working with REST APIs & version control (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
