Position : UX Manager

Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid : 3 days in-office per week)

15+ years of strong experience in US-based design and management skills.

• Oversee the design aspects of product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Proficient in design, prototyping, and project management tools : Figma, MURAL, Adobe Creative Suite, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
• Mastery of visual design skills (e.g., grids, balance, color theory), with excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of atomic design principles, including symbols, layer styles, and variables.
• Extensive experience working with and growing a design library, as well as creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
• Strong knowledge and application of AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) guidelines and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) to ensure designs are inclusive and accessible to all users.
