The UX Designer at JSI plays a pivotal role in driving our product development, leveraging user-centered design principles to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in UX design, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers, they shape the user experience of our cutting-edge, mission-critical products. Their expertise in balancing technical constraints with business objectives and user needs is essential for JSI to meet customer demands and drive growth and profitability.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Product.

How We Work
You will be expected to work in a remote / hybrid environment reporting to our Kanata, Ontario location 2 or more times per week.
