H&R Block in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Junior User Experience Designer to help design and improve products for internal and external clients. You will work with experienced UX designers and collaborate with product managers, developers, and content writers to deliver user-centered solutions.
You will learn to facilitate design workshops, conduct usability tests, and contribute to the design system while operating in an agile environment.
Under the leadership of the Senior Manager, UX Design & Content Strategy, theJuniorUser Experience Designer will help design and improve products and services for internal and external clients.You'llwork alongside experienced UX designers who will provide coaching, feedback, and opportunities to develop your interaction design, and facilitation skills.In this position,you will collaborate witha variety of stakeholders includingproduct managers, business analysts, tax analysts, developers, quality assurance analysts, translators,and content writers.
