Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, app campaign lead to join our team. As a User Acquisition Tech Ops Specialist, you will play a vital role in the successful execution and optimization of one of our client campaign’s, focusing on driving app installs.

You will work closely with the Ad Operations & Media Buying teams, as well as with the client to ensure that their app advertising initiatives are effectively implemented and meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fully managing app campaigns set-up for one of our clients on the following platforms: Meta, Moloco, AppLovin and Unity/IronSource. This includes: supporting in fully connecting their apps on Meta for Developers, connecting their apps to the Meta Ad accounts, monitoring campaigns set-up with appropriate links, suggesting optimizations in a timely manner to achieve campaign goals.
• Ensure proper tracking and tagging are in place for app-campaign performance analytics.
• Assist in generating reports for the client as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues or discrepancies that may arise during campaign delivery or set-up.
• Manage client communication and liaise with multiple app developers and platform reps.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in paid media, with at least 2+ working directly on app campaigns and MMPs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Vast knowledge of app campaign setup including app setup on Meta for Developers, app connection on Meta ad accounts, Facebook SDK installation or working through an MMP such as AppsFlyer.
• Vast knowledge in creating apps through the Meta for Developers portal.
• Proficiency in set up through AppsFlyer for attribution purposes.
• Proficiency with app campaign platforms such as Unity/Ironsource, Moloco and App Lovin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
