Used Car Manager - Sudbury Mitsubishi

Location: 2100 Kingsway Drive, Sudbury ON (Mitsubishi)

Compensation: Up to $200,000 per year

Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively. We provide the tools and training required to excel in this position.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 8 pm; Friday and Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.

We are currently seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our growing team! We desire individuals who can develop a comprehensive understanding of product lines, OEM requirements, sub-prime financing, and more.

We seek eager, enthusiastic, and trainable individuals who want to make a great living while positively impacting our customers' lives through vehicle purchases.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties thoroughly.
2. Process cash, financing, and leasing deals accurately and secure approvals through management-sanctioned financial sources.
3. Track and report performance metrics.
4. Exceed customer expectations through excellent service and follow-up.
5. Train and support sales staff with paperwork requirements.
6. Contribute to a professional work environment by participating in departmental meetings.
7. Promote effective communication among dealership personnel.
8. Ensure compliance with dealership, corporate, governmental, OMVIC, MVDA, CPA, and bank policies and requirements.
9. Resolve customer complaints effectively.
10. Promote honesty and integrity within the dealership culture.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Sales management experience is required.
2. Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
3. OMVIC license is an asset.
4. Knowledge of automotive sales and financing.
5. Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills.
8. Above-average computer skills and technical savvy.
