Overview

is looking for a hands on, energetic, and effective individual to join their team in Etobicoke as the Used car Inventory Coordinator. is Canada's largest specialty auto loan company. Our team takes pride in helping people rebuild and re-establish their credit through financing a car.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management
  • Update marketing material for new inventory (e.g. take photos of new / used vehicles coming in)
  • Assist the Operations manager with vehicle purchasing
  • Assist sales reps in acquiring vehicles for inventory
  • Frequently update trade in log
  • Physical inspection of incoming vehicles for inventory
  • Manage TradeRev and E-Block activity
  • Upload vehicles in TradeRev
  • Update, manage and organize inventory
  • Develop new analytical methods for reporting, analyzing and recommendations for optimizing department key performance indicators and company vehicle asset management
  • Monitor market trends and communicate findings with the help of the use of market guides
  • Other duties as required.
What we're asking for
  • A passion for the fintech industry and the desire to use innovative technology
  • Self-driven with the motivation to work efficiently and effectively to hit objectives and milestones
  • Ability to liaise with the sales and operations team to develop necessary requirements for the business
  • Must be highly organized and able to work in a fun, fast paced and rewarding work environment
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems is an asset
Qualifications
  • Valid Ontario's Driver's License
  • OMVIC License (Preferred)
  • A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective business partner, team player, and collaborator
  • 3-5 years of vehicle tracking systems and database management experience or Sales Management experience
  • Proven success in problem-solving as well as in-depth analysis and reporting with ability to present complex information and make recommendations based on analytical results
  • Partners at all levels of the organization, with ability to negotiate and influence to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge about the fintech used automotive industry
